Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

• All bookings must be made at least a week in advance to enable The Stylebook the adequate time to personalize your styling experience. To book, please select the service you are interested to take and complete the required payment of fees on the website. All fees are due in full before the session, unless otherwise arranged.
• Once the booking is successfully completed, The Stylebook will contact you within 48 hours to share the pre-consultation forms to be filled out and sent back to us prior to the session. 
  
  

Timings:

• All booked sessions will take place on Saturdays between 11 am to 2 pm and Monday to Thursday between 5 pm to 8 pm.
• Each client will be given the time required to ensure having a unique experience, thus, we kindly request arriving on time to enjoy the full experience.
• The Stylebook reserves the right to amend appointment availability and offer services outside of usual availability. Certain dates of availability are reserved for location based services or service specific events. 

Rescheduling:

• In situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking is necessary, we ask you to give us as much notice as possible, ideally more than 48 hours. The following administration charges will apply:
  • 500AED per reschedule if less than 48 hours prior to the session.
  • 300AED per reschedule if more than 48 hours prior to the session.
• Only two rescheduling is allowed per booking within 3 months, otherwise, the booking will be cancelled and a new booking will need to be made if required.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• If for any reason you are unable to make it to your session, you must inform The Stylebook at least 48 hours before the session.
• Depending on the service booked, the following cancellation policy will apply:
  • If more than 48 hours notice is given, we will deduct a 350AED admin fee when refunding the fee.
  • If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the paid amount will be deducted.
  • If less than 24 hours notice is given and in case of no show for a booked service, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds cannot be issued if sessions have been carried out already.
• A refund will be issued of remaining sessions if required.

Travel expenses:

• In case of in-person sessions, and if the client is based outside of Abu Dhabi, The Stylebook will be charging an additional charge of the following:
  • 500AED for clients in Dubai and Al Ain
  • 1500AED for clients in Northern Emirates or Western Region
  • The relevant amount is to be paid prior to the session (TBC depending on the website functions)

Confidentiality:

• The Stylebook values the privacy of their clients. Discretion is guaranteed & personal information is kept secure. The Stylebook does not sell or exchange our client information to third parties.

Discounts and offers:

• Returning customers get 15% discount
• The Stylebook will offer a students’ discount of 20%

Gift vouchers terms and conditions: 

• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable.
• The selected service will take place in Abu Dhabi unless agreed otherwise. Depending on where the recipient lives, The Stylebook may charge travel expenses on top of the session price.
• Gift Vouchers are subject to available appointments.
• Gift Vouchers have 6 months validity by the purchase.
• Gift Voucher’s beneficiaries must approach The Stylebook to book their session via one of the communication methods listed. In the event that a Gift Voucher is not claimed within 6 months after the purchase, it will lose validity.
• A not used Gift Voucher won’t be refunded.
• The Gift Voucher is not transferable.
• No part of the Gift Voucher is exchangeable for cash or any other service.
• Purchase of the Gift Voucher imply acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.
